Calculates the amount of Wind Fade and Scale Fade based on the object's pivot.
- Object Pivot: The pivot of the object in world space.
- Wind Fade: A fade value indicating how much wind animation should be applied. A value of 1 equals full wind animations (no fading), a value of 0 equals no wind animations.
- Scale Fade: A fade value indicating how much the scale of the object should be reduced. A value of 1 equals no scaling (default size), a value of 0 equals a scale of 0 and a completely culled object.
